Delicious Gorgonzola Alfredo with Vegetables

Ingredients:

Gorgonzola Cheese (to taste)
A small carton of cream
Small ripe tomato
Small squash or zucchini (you may use other vegetables if you like)
Lawry's seasoning salt (to taste)
Ground Cummin (to taste)
Basil and/or Oregano (to taste)
Butter
Oil

1.Boil noodles

2.Begin another skillet with oil, and 1/8 a stick of butter. Then throw diced up squash into the skillet and when they have cooked on medium heat for about three minutes throw the diced tomatoes in.

3.After the concoction sizzles for a few minutes (use your reasoning) add the seasonings (seasoning salt, cummin, basil, oregano).

4. Pour in the small carton (4 oz.) of cream and add gorgonzola cheese to your liking (I like a lot!).

5. Stir sauce for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Pour desired amount over noodles.

6. Bon a Petit!

This was a recipe I concocted on a whim with a few ingredients I had. It is really easy to add your own flavors and things to this sauce. Enjoy!
