Headband out of an Old T-Shirt--Say what?!
Yes, I stole this fun, quick, useful project from another blog.
All you need is an old t-shirt, scissors, thread, and a needle. Oh, plus 5 minutes! :)
Cut a strip off the t-shirt that is about 1.5 inches wide. Then cut the length of the strip about 1-2 inches less than the circumference of your head.
Flip over and sew the ends together. You may add a flower, bow, etc. to the headband...VOILA!
So cute and comfy!

The Therapy of Art
The beauty and therapeutic effect that the occupation of art can bring to one's soul is paramount. If someone enjoys creating art--in any shape and form-- let them create it, and then appreciate it, because it becomes part of who they are, and part of what makes our world so enchanting at times. <3 ArT <3

Delicious Gorgonzola Alfredo with Vegetables
Ingredients:
Gorgonzola Cheese (to taste)
A small carton of cream
Small ripe tomato
Small squash or zucchini (you may use other vegetables if you like)
Lawry's seasoning salt (to taste)
Ground Cummin (to taste)
Basil and/or Oregano (to taste)
Butter
Oil
1.Boil noodles
2.Begin another skillet with oil, and 1/8 a stick of butter. Then throw diced up squash into the skillet and when they have cooked on medium heat for about three minutes throw the diced tomatoes in.
3.After the concoction sizzles for a few minutes (use your reasoning) add the seasonings (seasoning salt, cummin, basil, oregano).
4. Pour in the small carton (4 oz.) of cream and add gorgonzola cheese to your liking (I like a lot!).
5. Stir sauce for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Pour desired amount over noodles.
6. Bon a Petit!
This was a recipe I concocted on a whim with a few ingredients I had. It is really easy to add your own flavors and things to this sauce. Enjoy!

Window pane project
Utilizing glass containers or mason jars
I used a hot glue gun, ribbon, and flowers to wrap around a re-used glass container. You can set these on your desk to hold craft items, pens, etc. and is a good way to organize and re-use glass bottles or mason jars that you have lying around. My friend Jordan, gave me this quick and cute crafty idea.
Perfecting a cute, affordable gift for a teacher
Beginning...
Do not leave in a car on a summer day. I learned the hard way...
Finished gift.
DIY:
I used another DIY to complete this gift, and they suggested using a sharp knife to cut the crayons. However, after my first gift melted I found it much faster to use a pair of sharp scissors to cut the crayons. It took me half the time to make this gift the second time around after I discovered this trick. Good luck!
